Write clearer, shorter design reports

This workshop is for

Design professionals who produce reports as part of their role, including masterplan reports, design reports, design guidelines or visual impact assessments.

  • Clear purpose, message and report structure.
  • Concise, appropriate language.
  • Visual and verbal: relating text to images.

Learn how to make design reports shorter and more user-friendly. You’ll learn how to prioritise information and enhance your report graphics with compelling text. You’ll come away with useful tips for clear thinking and concise writing.

Each participant brings a report-writing project to the workshop. We’ll use these as a starting point for exercises that help structure, write and edit a design report. You’ll have time to apply insights to the relevant stage of your report and get individual feedback.

Duration: 5 hours
